In February 2025, Next Gen Leaders was founded after a shared deep concern for the rising youth unemployment crisis in South Africa. The lack of career guidance, skills development, and access to opportunities leave many young people struggling to find jobs or start businesses—ultimately contributing to poverty and crime in their communities. Determined to bridge this gap, the Next Gen Leaders, a Non-Profit Company (NPC) focused on empowering young people through career expos, skills training, and entrepreneurship programs. Their goal was simple yet powerful: to equip youth with the knowledge, resources, and networks needed to build successful futures. From small township workshops to national and international outreach, Next Gen Leaders has grown into a movement of change-makers, connecting unemployed youth with job opportunities, scholarships, mentorship programs, and business support. Through strategic partnerships with companies, educational institutions, and government agencies, we match talented youth with employers, ensuring that skills development translates into real economic impact. We believe that when young people are empowered, communities thrive. By reducing unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship, and unlocking educational opportunities, Next Gen Leaders is breaking cycles of poverty and crime—one young leader at a time

We support aspiring entrepreneurs in starting and sustaining businesses through funding access, training, and incubation programs. To partner with corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies to create a seamless pathway from education to employment. Our mission is to reduce poverty and crime by empowering young people with the Skills and confidence to contribute positively to society, lead, and uplift their communities.
